shipping & return policy
- We want all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. We accept returns for exchange, store credit on full-priced items purchased online within 7 business days of delivery.
- Pre-order items cannot be returned, and sale items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit, so use a traceable delivery method and keep a record of the tracking number.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
- Items must be unworn and in original condition with full packaging. Returns are processed within 7 business days, and you will receive an email when your refund has been issued.
